Smiles on Your Wedding Day

Wendy and I like to photograph just about anything that makes us smile. And there was plenty to smile about with Camille and TJ on their wedding day.
The bride and groom made it easy to get great shots on this beautiful Fall day at Wildside Winery last Saturday, September 17th.

I get the feeling Camille and TJ have years of smiles ahead of them!

Tasia & Kyle.. a Spectacular Day at the Lake.

Tasia has always dreamt of a lakeside wedding that included all of her family and friends. She has a big family and lots of friends too. So, on a spectacular Fall day, (9.10.11), on the shores of Norris Lake Tennessee, her dreams came true with Kyle.

 Rehearsal night..

The big day, getting ready..

The guys..

...and the girls. Loved the way the bridesmaids dresses popped against the blue sky!

A very cool First sighting.

A speedboat getaway.

Reception at Pine Mountain State Park in Kentucky.

A very fun and busy weekend for me and Wendy.
What a truly outstanding location and beautiful day.
Here's to Tasia and Kyle! May all of your dreams continue to come true.

Dogs are Family Too!

Rachel & Mike wanted to include the whole family in their Engagements. So they brought the kids along.
Taz is a French Bulldog and Chipper is a Long Haired Dachshund. We met at the dog park and trails. What fun!

And.. we got finished before the UK football game started. These guys are all big fans. Even the pups!

We had a lot of fun with Rachel & Mike, and Taz & Chipper, at the dog park. Not sure if the pups are part of the wedding day, but they are both love their pictures taken.
Looking forward to the October wedding!

Ashley & Bryan.. Engagements Again!

Ashley and Bryan have been great to work with.
Wendy and I can't wait for their Winter Wedding, December 17th. We hope they get some snow on their big day. How "cool" would that be?

We might be remembering the summer weather this December, our first shot at the Engagements started on the hottest July day of the year, at Keeneland. It is a little hard to be happy when you're dying of heat.
So.. we did a retake at Gratz Park.
This time we were greeted with a lovely Summer evening. Along with stops at the Carnegie Center, the Bodley Bullock House and the Hunt Morgan House, Ashley and Bryan were game for a cooling off shot, walking THROUGH a downtown fountain!

We had a blast with Ashley and Bryan.
What started off unbearably hot ended up way cool!

Can't wait for the Winter Wedding!
